hdAv considers this the most important part for the client. We believe that your investment in a state-of-the-art automation or entertainment system requires equal investment by hdAv to provide you with the confidence and know-how to fully operate your installed system.

hdAv can also provide you with customised system operation manuals, specifically written for your installed system. These colour coded, graphically designed manuals are the same instructions taught by our lead installers, its like having us there anytime you need a helping hand.

This process can seem a lot to take in straight away. As a part of our service we will provide you with a follow-up service call to ask if you require a refresher demonstration, as well as to demonstrate more advanced operations once you have become familiar with your new system.

The lead installer will guide you step-by-step through each activity for which your system has been designed. To ensure this, we will spend as long as required with you until you are comfortable with using your new system.

Once the installation of your system is completed. The lead installer assigned to your project will demonstrate to you how to use and care for your new investment.
